Grove Dental is a full-practice dental office with multiple locations in suburban Chicago. It retained McGuire Engineers (MEPC) to design its latest dental office in Bolingbrook, a 12,000 square-foot space with 28 exam chairs.

ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS


  • Each station included medical gas piping for nitrous oxide, oxygen, vacuum and compressed air

  • MEPC incorporated a supplemental cooling system for the practice’s service room and a tempered domestic water supply for its featured fish tank

  • MEPC creatively reassigned electrical loads so that the dental office space had the power it required without the expense of a new service
