CASE STUDIES
Sustainable
The green movement is coloring the environment in which we live, work, play, and learn. McGuire Engineers (MEPC) supports clients' sustainable initiatives by assisting them with LEED certification through energy modeling, commissioning, design, and conservation studies. Our firm boasts LEED Accredited professionals in every discipline to provide clients with excellent performance in sustainable designs.
Renovation & Retrofit
Renovation of existing buildings is one of our strengths. McGuire Engineers (MEPC) can help clients reduce their overall energy consumption, review their building systems for code compliance, or simply replace aging equipment. It is our engineering expertise, attention to detail, and service oriented approach that allows us to continually meet the needs of our clients.
New Construction
McGuire Engineers (MEPC) works closely with clients throughout the entire project process, from early conceptual stages and design through construction, occupancy and post-occupancy consultation. Working from the ground up allows us to develop creative solutions using advanced design features such as Building Information Modeling (BIM) and integrated project design. The result is a highly-coordinated, high-performing and energy efficient building.
CASE STUDIES
Lighting
McGuire Engineers (MEPC) latest pursuit is to incorporate innovative lighting designs into building systems. We use daylight harvesting and AGi32 computer simulation to develop a more energy efficient design and effective placement of light fixtures. On several projects we saved our clients 30% in lighting energy alone, while maintaining optimal light levels.
